Newsletters and club e-mails
The club communicates with its members via a mailing list. We have created two separate mailing list for different purposes:
- The "Club List" - This mailing list is for general e-mails from the club's committee to all club members and people interested in receiving club news. If you are subscribed to this mailing list, you will receive invites to our weekly breakfasts, minutes of our meetings, our charity newsletter, news from Rotary District, and other general club information.
Anyone is welcome to subscribe to the Club List.
- The "Social List" - The aim of this list is to keep everyone updated of our social events and activities. The reason we have created the social list as a separate mailing list is because we have a number of friends and business contacts who are interested in joining in with our club's social events, but are not able to commit to our weekly breakfasts or don't want to receive other general club news.
If you would like to be kept up to date with our social news, please do subscribe to the Social List.
The idea is that club members will be signed up for both mailing lists, so that they can receive both club news as well as social news. Please contact our webmaster if you have any queries about the mailing lists or any problems with signing up.
One of our occasional mailings is a charity newsletter. Amy, our Charities Secretary, is always busy organising our club's charitable activities, and she occasionally puts together a newsletter to keep everyone informed. Below is an archive of our past charity newsletters.
Would you like to put some information in to the next newsletter? Are you doing a fun run and want people to sponsor you? Is your work holding a fundraising day? Have you got an event coming up where you need volunteers? If yes, please send your submissions to Amy, and she will do her best to include these items in the next newsletter.
